SECOND SPELLING BEE CONTEST

English Activities during the First Quimester

 

To Balmara Unidad Educativa Bilingue is really important to encaurage our pupils to learn a foreign language using different kind of strategies inside and outside of the classroom with one goal which is to encorauge them to think,speak and write in English according to their level.

For that, reason the English area has had some activities that show to their classmates and parents their English level such as:

AMERICAN AND BRITISH CULTURES 

The pupils  of fourth and fifth grade learned about two cultures with Ms. Genesis Yañez as the teacher in charge of both classes.

                                                 

SPELLING BEE CONTEST 

Our students of second basic surprised the judges,parents and teachers with their pronunciation during the contest. The teacher that was in charged with this activity was Ms. Mariuxi Vasconez. 

                                     

 MANAGEMENT´S CLASSES 

The students of ninth grade had an excellent presentation about the brands  that they have created in their classes, they gave a great  presentation to Ms. Denise Chapín as real entrepreneurs and their pals of seventh grade gave to each of them the feedback of their presentation. 

FIRST GRADE 

It is a pleasure to see our students of first grade during their English classes, because they learn this foreign language in a funny way with Ms. Janet Acosta discovering their own knowledge in each class. 

As Katie Lusk said " Education means inspiring someone´s mind, not just filling their head". We hope that our children could produce their English everywhere with a high fluency, vocabulary and pronunciation.
